Two months ago, we told you that our founder and CTO, Emilio López Romo, was selected as part of the Bubble Certification Advisory Committee. Today, it is official: our CTO is now “one of the four global No-Code experts” on the Bubble Developer Certification Advisory Committee.
About our CTO
Arcus was founded 8 years ago by Emilio López Romo. Since then, in distant 2015, Arcus began providing consulting, integrations, and SaaS implementations for clients in various industries, including finance, education, and marketing.
Before founding Arcus, Emilio López worked at multinational corporations like Unilever, where he designed a methodology for measuring and recording CO2 emission savings in the company’s logistics operations. As a result of this work, Unilever managed to reduce 38 thousand tons of CO2.
He then worked as a consultant at Everis, where he led multiple workflow streams in redesigning the digital banking infrastructure for CitiBanamex.
Finally, after winning the Google Startup Weekend 2014, his entrepreneurial spark was ignited, and he founded Arcus.
The rest is history. After eight years of operations, learning, and certifications, Emilio is currently one of the four global Bubble certification experts and the current leader of the architecture area at Arcus.
Arcus continues to set standards in the Industry
At Arcus, we continue to set standards within the No-Code industry.
Currently, 100% of our developers are certified with Make, the world’s most-used online No-Code platform for integrating applications and creating complex automations.
Likewise, we aim to certify 100% of our team in Bubble, the world’s most relevant No-Code application creation platform, and we plan to achieve this by Q1 2024.
On the other hand, we have placed a significant focus on cybersecurity. That’s why we have partnered with Flusk, a company that won the Bubble Award 2023 for its contribution to the development of tools that help keep confidential data used in Bubble application development safe and compliant.
From now on, all our applications will have a zero vulnerability certificate when they go live.
Arcus and Artificial Intelligence
As a final note, we want to remind you that less than a month ago, Arcus took a key step towards the future of No-Code tools. This is because we partnered with Henry Jiménez, a leader in AI for training, tools, and directories on artificial intelligence in the Hispanic market.
From now on, Evolupedia will be involved in Arcus’s diagnostic process to identify and propose the ideal AI tool, depending on the purpose the client’s development is seeking.
In this way, Arcus adds an important link to its already robust group of specialists in the areas of: Product Design, UX/UI Design, Architecture, NoCode Developers, Quality, Customer Success, and Project Management.
